Complete the necessary listing paperwork and disclosures. Photos and measurements will be ordered at this time.
Marketing plan and staging plan created specifically for your home. Maultsby Realty Group will implement the plan and coordinate all details with you. "Maultsby Magic"
Professional photographer will come out to photograph the house and photos will be ready the next day. Measurement company will come by to create a sketch of your home.
All data added to MLS with professional photos and accurate measurements. Actively being marketed on all real estate sites, emailed to buyers and shared on social media.
Showings will be scheduled and coordinated though the showing time app or text message.
Offers presented and negotiated. UNDER CONTRACT status changed once Due Diligence tee arrives.
Inspections and Appraisal coordinated and completed during due diligence period, next negotiate repair request and move forward towards closing.
Attorney contact forms completed to begin title exam and order payoff and HOA information.
Closing at the attorneys office, bring Driver's License and keys!!!
